Dobra Volia
The volunteer program of the International Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute “Beit-Hana” in partnership with the League for Mental Health (Slovakia).
The program aims to promote a culture of mental health care, train volunteers, and support communities affected by the consequences of war and social challenges.
About the Program
The “Dobra Volia” program is designed to promote a culture of mental health care, prepare volunteers to provide informed and ethical support to people facing difficult life circumstances, and strengthen communities affected by the consequences of war.
By combining European experience in psychosocial support with Ukrainian humanitarian practice, “Goodwill” creates an environment in which volunteering becomes an expression of humanity, professionalism, and inner resilience.

Cooperation and Partners
The “Dobra Volia” program is implemented through a partnership between the International Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute “Beit-Hana” (Ukraine) and the League for Mental Health (Slovakia).
The partnership is based on shared values of humanism, respect for human dignity, equality, and openness.
The partners join forces to foster international dialogue, exchange expertise, and introduce European approaches to mental health support in Ukraine.
Through this project, a bridge of cooperation is being built between communities in Ukraine and Slovakia — one that not only facilitates the exchange of knowledge but also creates a space for mutual support, trust, and kindness.
The “Dobra volia” program is a space where knowledge, care, and humanity come together.
It teaches volunteers how to support others without experiencing burnout, while maintaining their own inner resilience and emotional well-being.
It is a shared initiative that strengthens communities, opens hearts to mutual understanding, and builds bridges of trust between people and countries.
"Dobra volia" is a force that begins with a small step toward another person.
