Добра Воля Волонтерська програма МГПІ «Бейт-Хана» у партнерстві з Лігою за душевне здоров’я (Словаччина), спрямована на розвиток культури турботи про ментальне здоров’я, підготовку волонтерів та підтримку громад у подоланні наслідків війни й соціальної нестабільності. Про програму Міжнародна волонтерська програма, ініційована у партнерстві МГПІ «Бейт-Хана» (Україна) та Ліги за душевне здоров’я (Словаччина). Програма спрямована на розвиток культури турботи про психічне здоров’я, підготовку волонтерів до усвідомленої та етичної підтримки людей у складних життєвих обставинах, а також на зміцнення громад, що переживають наслідки війни. Поєднуючи європейський досвід психосоціальної допомоги з українською гуманітарною практикою, «Добра Воля» формує середовище, де волонтерство стає проявом людяності, професійності та внутрішньої стійкості. Мета програми Метою програми «Добра Воля» є розвиток волонтерського руху у сфері ментального здоров’я та формування культури взаємопідтримки в суспільстві. Програма покликана: навчати волонтерів і майбутніх фахівців надавати психосоціальну допомогу людям, що переживають стрес, втрату чи вимушене переселення; поширювати сучасні європейські підходи до підтримки ментального здоров’я, зокрема модель Recovery; підвищувати рівень обізнаності громад про важливість турботи про себе та інших; сприяти подоланню стигми та упереджень щодо психічних розладів; розвивати культуру волонтерства, засновану на емпатії, етичності та повазі до людської гідності. У межах програми «Добра Воля» реалізуються освітні, просвітницькі та практичні ініціативи, спрямовані на підтримку ментального здоров’я та розвиток волонтерства. Основні напрямки діяльності: Навчання волонтерів — тренінги, лекції та практичні заняття з психології, самодопомоги й кризової підтримки. Підготовка студентів і фахівців до роботи у сфері психічного здоров’я та соціальної допомоги. Обмін досвідом між українськими та європейськими експертами, впровадження сучасних підходів до психосоціальної підтримки. Просвітницькі заходи — семінари, круглі столи, зустрічі з фахівцями, що формують культуру турботи про себе та інших. Розвиток волонтерських ініціатив у громадах, спрямованих на допомогу людям, які переживають наслідки війни, втрати чи стресові події. Інформаційні кампанії, покликані зменшити стигматизацію психічних розладів і підвищити обізнаність суспільства. Для кого програма Програма «Добра Воля» відкрита для всіх, хто прагне допомагати людям з розумінням, турботою та відповідальністю. До участі запрошуються: студенти та випускники педагогічних, психологічних і соціальних спеціальностей; волонтери, громадські активісти та лідери громад, які працюють із людьми, що переживають наслідки війни чи вимушеного переселення; фахівці у сфері освіти, соціальної роботи, охорони здоров’я, яким важливо поєднувати професійну діяльність із турботою про власну внутрішню стійкість усі, хто прагне розвивати культуру емпатії та доброти у своїх спільнотах. Educational resource center "Maale" The Educational Resource Center of the IAALE Foundation for Children with Special Needs (ORC) was created in September 1998 as part of the KEGILA project and the cooperation of the Jewish community of Boston, MA (USA) and the Beit Hana Women's Pedagogical College. » (Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine). The philosophy of the creators of this project is the confidence that ALL CHILDREN CAN LEARN! This multi-cultural a project for all children of Ukraine who need our help! ORC was created for children with severe forms of disability who did not attend other educational institutions at that time. Children with complex diagnoses come to the Resource Center - cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, hydrocephalus, autism, genetic pathologies, various degrees of mental and mental retardation. The educational resource center defines for itself the following areas of work: - improving the quality of life of a child with special needs; - protection and representation of one's interests in various social spheres of life; - the creation of a social rehabilitation structure capable of realizing socialization opportunities for a child with special needs; - physical, emotional, sensory, motor, intellectual and psychological development of children with special needs; - creation of activity zones, as recognized as the most effective and pedagogically correct method of organizing the learning space, stimulating imagination and motivating cognitive activity; - the "Hand in Hand" program, which includes support for parents of the center's students; - professional development of ORC employees, conducting methodical seminars, video conferences with our foreign partners, exchange of experience with colleagues from Ukraine); - organization of the work of the educational and practical base for female students "International Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute of the Beit Khana Institute", Dnipropetrovsk National University named after O. O. -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Honchara, Dnipropetrovsk University named after Alfred Nobel; - work with representatives of the public and mass media to popularize programs of inclusive education and form a positive attitude among citizens of Ukraine towards people with special needs. The Resource Center has a sensory room. It contains functional toys and equipment that help children acquire the experience of sensory perception. Soft chairs, music, sounds of nature, the starry sky, therapeutic films and special simulators give the child a world of unique sensations, contribute to the acquisition of sensory experience and the development of the senses! ORC is a center for support, training and social rehabilitation of families. , so that they can cope with any problem in their family and outside it. We strive to fully integrate the families of our students into the life of modern society. Special programs are organized for parents in the ORC. Psychotherapy classes and "Conscious Parenting" trainings are held regularly, "Tea Club" and gymnastics classes "Play-stick" are open. Every week, the women's group meets on the programs of the international movement of Jewish women "Kesher". Our program of work with parents helps them develop advocacy skills, helps them learn their rights and represent their children's interests. The educational resource center is a wonderful laboratory for students of the Beit Khan International Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute, where they can learn pedagogical experience in working with children with special needs. Female students of the institute attend a specialized course on correctional pedagogy throughout the entire period of training and gain in-depth knowledge of methods of diagnosis and training of special children. A special place in work with children is occupied by areas of work such as isotherapy, music and zootherapy. Children are happy to "communicate" with rabbits and birds, watch bright fish in the aquarium! An incredible therapeutic effect is provided by the students of isotherapy classes! Children see the result of their creativity, feel themselves involved in the creative process and are therefore always positive! An exhibition of bright children's works is a matter of pride for parents and the authors themselves! A charge of fun and cheerfulness, the desire to sing along and sing along is born in children at music classes in our center! Currently, ORC is a resource and consultation center that provides assistance to more than 60 families, shares information, technologies, experience and methods of teaching children with special needs, and also helps future teachers and psychologists to gain knowledge and prepare for work with such children ORC realizes the opportunity for children with special needs and their family members to fully participate in the life of Ukrainian society! First graduation of 40 young educators for Jewish national schools and kindergartens. The Educational Resource Centre (ERC) for children with special needs was established on the basis of the Women's Teacher Training College "Beit Chana". 1998 The College was licensed to train music directors for kindergartens in the field 5.020207 "Music Pedagogy and Education". The Women's Teacher Training College "Beit Chana" was renamed the Women's Pedagogical College. The institution became not only an academic and methodological centre for the majority of Jewish educational establishments in Ukraine, but also a source of teaching staff for the Jewish education system in Ukraine and the CIS. At the initiative of the College and with the support of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Ukraine, the large-scale educational project "Beyachad" (Hebrew for "together") was launched. The aim of the project was to lay the groundwork for a qualitative improvement in the professional training of educators within the Jewish education system. 2003 2004 2005 To implement a tiered specialist training system, an academic-research-production complex was established: Crimean State University of Humanities – Women's Pedagogical College "Beit Chana". That same year, the first graduation ceremony for Bachelor's degree recipients took place. 2011 First-year enrolment was conducted for the part-time (correspondence) division of "Beit Chana" under a professional development programme for a male group of educators. Licences were obtained for the training of foreign nationals in core specialisations, as well as for preparing foreign nationals for admission to higher education institutions of Ukraine. That same year, the Women's Pedagogical College "Beit Chana" was transformed into the higher education institution — the International Humanitarian-Pedagogical Institute "Beit Chana". 2013 The Institute received licences for Bachelor's degree programmes in 6.030103 "Applied Psychology" and 6.030504 "Business Economics", as well as for preparatory programmes for Ukrainian citizens entering higher education institutions. The Institute organised and hosted the All-Ukrainian Scientific-Practical Seminar for staff of Jewish educational institutions on the topic "The Modern Jewish School: Traditions, Innovations, Prospects". That same year, the HEI "International Humanitarian-Pedagogical Institute 'Beit Chana'" launched the All-Ukrainian Scientific-Practical Conference (with international participation) "Humanitarian-Pedagogical Education: Achievements, Challenges, Prospects". With the aim of conducting research and development in the fields of pedagogy and methodology, implementing innovative activities, and providing in-depth research training for future educators, the Research Laboratory "Designing Education and Learning" began its work at IHPI "Beit Chana". Institute "Beit Chana" joined the charitable initiative of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Ukraine to evacuate civilians and provide humanitarian aid, establishing a call centre on its premises where faculty and students volunteered around the clock to receive requests from citizens. Faculty and students also joined, together with the partner organisation Charitable Foundation "Chesed Menachem", in programmes providing assistance to the elderly, organising leisure activities for them. Institute faculty participated in psychological support programmes for those affected by the war. Within this initiative, faculty of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology launched a training session for all interested parties on the topic "War and Children: Ways to Overcome the Crisis", and in partnership with the "All-Ukrainian Jewish Women's Organisation 'Project Kesher'", delivered a series of lectures on "Stress Resilience for Young Mothers During Wartime" and "Raising a Happy Child". 2020 2021 2022

Центр волонтерства та громадських ініціатив "Разом" Центр створено з метою забезпечення умов для творчого розвитку особистості, формування громадянської та професійної культури, а також підтримки інтересу до благодійної діяльності та набуття досвіду її реалізації. Діяльність Центру спрямована на зміцнення єдності громадян України на основі загальнолюдських цінностей, національних і культурних традицій. Основні завдання Центру: Надання допомоги громадянам, які постраждали внаслідок воєнного стану, біженцям та внутрішньо переміщеним особам. Організація заходів, спрямованих на охорону навколишнього середовища, збереження культурної спадщини та історико-культурного середовища, а також пам’яток історії. Проведення заходів національного та міжнародного рівня, включаючи культурні, молодіжні та інші громадські події. Надання просвітницьких, психологічних і дозвіллєвих послуг людям похилого віку, а також підтримка дітей з особливими освітніми потребами через відповідні неприбуткові організації та установи. Положення про центр волонтерства та громадських ініціатив "РАЗОМ" Наша діяльність Кол-центр допомоги: історія підтримки у важкі часи Табори підтримки для українських біженців Просвітницька діяльність і підтримка у співпраці з благодійними організаціями На початку повномасштабного вторгнення наша команда студентів та викладачів МГПІ «Бейт-Хана» об’єдналася, щоб створити кол-центр, який став справжнім осередком допомоги. Уся діяльність здійснювалася у тісній співпраці з Федерацією єврейських громад України, що зробило нашу роботу ще більш масштабною та ефективною. Центр працював безперервно, надаючи допомогу тим, хто її найбільше потребував: Евакуація: Ми допомагали у перевезенні людей до безпечних місць у Польщі, Ізраїлі та Угорщині. Гуманітарна допомога: Центр координував передачу продуктів, медикаментів та інших необхідних речей для людей, які опинилися у складних обставинах. Психологічна підтримка: Наші волонтери завжди були поруч, допомагаючи людям впоратися зі страхами та тривогою. Федерація єврейських громад України стала надійною опорою для українців, які були змушені залишити свої домівки через воєнні дії. У тісній співпраці з міжнародними партнерами були організовані табори для біженців у Польщі та Угорщині. Ці табори стали місцем тимчасового притулку, де кожен міг отримати необхідну підтримку: від базових умов проживання до психологічної допомоги та участі в різноманітних заходах. Особливу гордість викликає те, що наші студенти МГПІ «Бейт-Хана» долучилися до цієї важливої місії, проходячи педагогічну практику у таборі для біженців в Угорщині. Як вихователі, вони працювали з дітьми, даруючи їм тепло, турботу та відчуття безпеки в цей непростий час. Вони також надавали психологічну підтримку як дітям, так і дорослим, допомагаючи їм подолати стрес і знайти сили для подальшого життя. У ці складні часи особливо важливо підтримувати тих, хто найбільше цього потребує. Разом із благодійними організаціями БФ «Хесед-Менахем» та КЦ «Solomonika», які опікуються літніми людьми та дітьми з особливими потребами, наша спільнота студентів-волонтерів активно займається просвітницькою діяльністю. Наші волонтери на постійній основі організовують святкові заходи, які допомагають зберігати та передавати культурну спадщину. Це свята, наповнені теплом, щирістю та любов’ю, що дарують людям відчуття турботи та єдності. Особливу увагу ми приділяємо дітям з особливими потребами. Наші студенти використовують методики розвивальних ігор, щоб зробити навколишній світ ближчим та зрозумілішим для цих дітей. Кожна нова опанована методика — це крок до створення кращих умов для розвитку дітей та форми професійної компетенції студентів.
